GRILLED YOGURT MARINATED PORK KEBAB RECIPE

Ingredients :
2 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp freshly ground black Pepper
2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 2-inch cubes
Steps to Make It :
1) Assemble the components.
2)In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, onion, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, coriander, and black Pepper.
3) Pork chunks should be placed in a sealable plastic bag with the marinade added. Make certain that the meat is evenly covered throughout. Release the bag’s air and properly seal it. Refrigerated pork should be marinated for 4 to 12 hours.
4)The grill should be warmed to medium.
5) Depending on the length of the skewer, thread 4 to 5 pieces of marinated pork on each. Don’t crowd the area.
6)Turning often, grill over medium heat for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the pork is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 140 F/60 C).
7)When ready to serve, turn off the heat and let the food rest for 10 minutes under cover.
