GRILLED PORK KABOBS WITH VEGETABLES (ITALY)

INGREDIENTS :
1 pound pork loin
1 yellow bell pepper or any color you like
2 small white onions
16 cherry tomatoes
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
8 sage leaves chopped
1 tsp coarse salt
Freshly ground black Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS :
1)The vegetables are cleaned and ready. Remove the white portion of the bell pepper and deseed it. Cut it into
1-inch squares after that. The onions should be peeled and divided into 8 wedges each.
2)To achieve the best results, aim to maintain a constant size while dicing the pork loin into 1-inch cubes.
3) Place one piece of meat and one piece of veggie on each skewer as you assemble them. You need to have about 8 skewers in total.
4)Toss the skewers with coarse salt, extra virgin olive oil, and black Pepper after placing them on a large platter. Include sage and rosemary. For at least 20 minutes, cover and put away.
5)Turn the grill’s heat to medium-high.
6) Add the skewers to the grill once it is nice and hot, and cook them for 15 minutes while flipping them quarter by quarter.
7)While cooking, you may use the rosemary sprig as a brush to apply the marinade on the skewers.
