Ingredients : 

6 Venezuelan-style arepas
1 cup crock pot pulled pork
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice from 1/2 medium lime

Steps to Make It :

1) Mayonnaise should be combined with cilantro, lime juice, and garlicup
2)The arepas can be warmed briefly in a pan or for a few minutes in a 350-degree oven.
3)In the microwave or on the burner, reheat the pulled pork.
4) Similar to how you would split an English muffin, cut the arepas in half, but stop short of cutting all the way through; leave the two pieces together at one end.
5) 2 tbsp of garlic mayonnaise are spread within the arepas.
6) Add 2 to 3 tbsp of the meat mixture to each arepa.
7) Serve heated arepas. Arepas that have been filled can be chilled until they are ready to be served, then warmed in the oven (still wrapped in foil).
